Oomūli feature guides
Stock List
Tell the team what is running low or out, then clear it when it is restocked.
Check current shortages
- Open More on a phone or Tools & settings on a computer. Under Daily operations, select Stock List. The feature must be enabled and you need permission to view it.
- Read Current items. Out means the recorded quantity is 0. Low stock means there is some left, but someone has flagged it for attention.
- Open an item’s details to read the quantity, units, note and who reported it. For example, “Limes: 3 cases” means the team flagged a shortage with three cases remaining.
Stock List does not track purchases or calculate the full inventory. Use Inventory for recorded stock balances and physical counts.
Report an item or change its quantity
- If you have reporting access, select Add item. Enter Item name and Quantity remaining. Use 0 for an item that is out.
- Add Units and a Note if they help the team, then select Add item. The item appears in Current items after saving.
- For an existing item, use its quantity action, enter the new quantity and select Save quantity. Use Mark out when nothing remains.
Adding a name that is already active brings back the existing item without overwriting it. Update that item instead.
Mark an item as restocked
- After confirming stock is available again, find the item and select Restocked if you have that permission.
- Read Mark item restocked? and check the item name. Select Confirm restocked.
- The item leaves Current items. Its earlier changes remain in the activity history; this action does not create a purchase order or add an Inventory delivery.
Review recent changes
- Administrators and built-in Managers with Stock List access can open Recent activity.
- Expand View changes to see who changed the item, when, its quantity and any note. Each period from reporting an item to restocking it is grouped separately.
- Select Load older activity for earlier records. Read any incomplete-history notice before relying on the visible list.
Download, print or save a PDF
- Choose Current items for all current shortages, or Recent activity for the activity loaded on screen. Load older activity first if you need it in the report.
- Select Export / Print. Read Scope to check what is included, then review the record count and preview.
- Select Export CSV to download a file you can open in a spreadsheet app.
- Or select Print / Save as PDF. Choose a printer or Save as PDF in your browser’s print window, if your device offers it, and finish printing or saving.
The preview shows up to 50 records. Follow the stated scope for the full download or printout. Attachments are listed by name; download the files separately. Saved copies do not update when records change in Oomūli.
If an item is missing or changed
- Select Refresh and check the establishment. A restocked item no longer appears in Current items; an authorized manager can check Recent activity.
- If the app says the item changed, refresh and read its latest quantity before trying again. If a control is missing, ask your administrator to check your access.
